Applications

Fast becoming a popular choice for interior applications, they are extremely hard wearing and are reasonably resilient to etching from acid foodstuffs and acid based chemicals. Sandstone tiles have a grainy texture and come in a number of textured finishes but the smooth honed sandstone tile is chiefly used for contemporary floor and wall tiles internally. Sandstone tiles offers exceptional slip resistance owing to their granular composition. Some Sandstone tiles can have a sealant applied making them smoother and easier to maintain.
